The Cultural Society of Aley & District was established in Edmonton in 2004 and registered as a non-profit organization in 2005
Our Purpose
Recognizing our newcomers' challenges, such as adapting to new environments, languages, and ways of life, the Cultural Society of Aley & District was formed. Thanks to the enthusiastic volunteers who wanted to help and make a difference. Our mandate is to look after the needs of our community by bringing its members together intellectually and socially and assisting them in integrating smoothly into Canadian society while keeping alive our rich heritage and culture. Our ultimate goal is the betterment of our community and the safekeeping of our children.
