Team Members

My name is Faysal Dlikan, I came to Canada in 1993 to start a new life. I met my wife Rania Radwan and we got married in 1996. I had a small business in Red Deer which I sold and then started businesses in Medicine Hat, AB. I have been self-employed and self-made since my start in Canada. When my daughter started at U of A in 2018 we decided to move to Edmonton to start a new life and bring our kids closer to the community. The youth are our future and that has been my main goal and reason for being a part of the DAE for 3 years and also being a part of the Aley and district Association. I hope to encourage our youth in the future to continue on our path to volunteer and stay in touch with our fellow brothers and sisters in our community.
